Terms of Service

Mr. Green Landscape Maintenance
Effective Date: February 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at mrgreenmt.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Mr. Green Landscape Maintenance (“Mr. Green,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including residential and commercial lawn care, landscape maintenance, snow removal, seasonal cleanups, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mr. Green Landscape Maintenance provides property maintenance services including, but not limited to:

    • Lawn mowing and trimming
    • Seasonal cleanups
    • Fertilization and weed control
    • Aeration and overseeding
    • Landscape maintenance
    • Snow and ice management
    • Other related outdoor property services

Service availability, scope, and pricing vary by property and season.

2. Estimates, Scheduling, and Scope of Work

Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if site conditions differ from what was originally represented.

Services may be scheduled on a recurring basis or as one-time projects. Scheduling may be affected by weather, equipment availability, staffing, access issues, and seasonal demand.

The exact scope of work is defined by your approved estimate, service agreement, work order, or invoice.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To receive Services, you agree to:

    • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days
    • Ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured
    • Mark or disclose hazards, sprinkler heads, low-voltage wiring, invisible fences, and other site conditions
    • Notify us of underground utilities or unmarked private lines
    • Keep the service area clear of toys, hoses, debris, and other obstacles when possible

Mr. Green is not responsible for damage caused by hidden, unmarked, or pre-existing property conditions.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are outlined in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

If you are enrolled in recurring services, you authorize Mr. Green to charge the payment method on file according to the billing schedule.

Late balances may be subject to late fees or service suspension. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for certain services or customers.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may request rescheduling or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

Because route scheduling and crew planning are time-sensitive, cancellation fees may apply for short-notice cancellations or repeated access issues.

6. Weather Delays

Outdoor services are weather dependent.

If weather prevents service on the scheduled day, we will complete the service as soon as conditions allow. Weather delays do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Satisfaction and Service Issues

If you believe a service was missed or completed incorrectly, you must notify us within a reasonable time so we can investigate and, when appropriate, correct the issue.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website functionality, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Mr. Green Landscape Maintenance or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we aim for consistent quality, landscaping and snow services are influenced by weather, soil conditions, turf health, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weed-free lawns, exact growth rates, or perfect results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Green Landscape Maintenance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to Services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
